When will article XY be available?

Our current catalogues and the relevant product pages on the website contain details of new product delivery dates.

What does article XY cost?

You can find out the non-binding recommended retail price from your retailer or from BRAWA.

Can I order products directly from BRAWA?

BRAWA only supplies products to toy and model railway retailers. You can use the "Search" function on the website to find a retailer in your locality. Contact your retailer for further advice!

Where can I buy your products?

BRAWA products are available from specialist retailers. For Germany you can find retailers in your locality using the "Search" function. Enter your postal code to get an overview of retailers in your locality. For other countries please visit the page "Sources International" and select your country.

Which decoders do you use in your locomotives?

We only use ESU decoders that are specially adapted for our models.

Can I send in my locomotive for repair?

You are welcome to send your model directly to BRAWA for repair. All repairs are performed in-house – with affection, know-how and speed – so that you don't have to wait long to get your favourite model back.

How do I pay for spare parts?

Spare parts and repair invoices can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

How can I order spare parts?

You can order spare parts from your specialist retailer or directly from BRAWA.
Each product packaging contains a detailed list of spare parts so that you can order them straight from us. We dispatch the orders straight away.

How can I get a copy of the manual?

The operating manuals for our models are enclosed in the product packaging. Take a look on our website if you have mislaid your operating manual. It contains PDF files with the operating instructions for many of our models. First go to the relevant product page. You can also click on Download/Spare Part Lists and enter the product code to make a direct search for the PDF file that you are looking for.

Where can I buy your main catalogue?

The BRAWA main catalogue for 2011/2012 is available for € 6,- from retailers or for € 12,-directly from BRAWA against cash payment (from April 2011).
