We only use ESU decoders that are specially adapted for our models.

You are welcome to send your model directly to BRAWA for repair. All repairs are performed in-house – with affection, know-how and speed – so that you don't have to wait long to get your favourite model back.

Spare parts and repair invoices can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

You can order spare parts from your specialist retailer or directly from BRAWA.
Each product packaging contains a detailed list of spare parts so that you can order them straight from us. We dispatch the orders straight away.

The operating manuals for our models are enclosed in the product packaging. Take a look on our website if you have mislaid your operating manual. It contains PDF files with the operating instructions for many of our models. First go to the relevant product page. You can also click on Download/Spare Part Lists and enter the product code to make a direct search for the PDF file that you are looking for.

The BRAWA main catalogue for 2009/2010 (270 pages) is available for € 6,- from retailers or for € 12,-directly from BRAWA against cash payment.
