Repairs

Even the most well cared model sometimes needs repair. No problem. For repairs outside the warranty period, simply fill out our repair note and send it to us by mail together with the model. Submissions without a repair receipt cannot be processed.

Alternatively, you can hand in your model at our headquarters in Remshalden from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (main entrance, Uferstr. 26). For organizational reasons, consultation with our service employees is not possible. The more detailed your written description, the more targeted the repair can be. If possible, please leave a telephone number for questions.

Personal advice on site is only possible during our factory sales appointments. You are welcome to contact a contact person at our service counter there. You can find the dates online here.

Important: Please note that submissions or deliveries cannot be processed or accepted without a completed repair form.

Complaints within the scope of the warranty obligation can only be made to the seller of the product (dealer). In this case, please do not send your model directly to us. If the purchase was made at the BRAWA factory outlet, see the options mentioned above and please enclose a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

We carry out all repairs in-house. With love, know-how and speed. So that you get your good piece back as quickly as possible.

SPARE PARTS

BRAWA has a vast stock of replacement parts. You can order many parts, however tiny it is. This further underlines the value of our models. Each product pack contains a detailed replacement parts list that you can use to order spare parts from us. We also effect delivery immediately.
