Even the most well cared model sometimes needs repair. No problem. For repairs outside the warranty period, simply fill out our repair note and send it to us by mail together with the model. Submissions without a repair receipt cannot be processed.

We accept repair orders exclusively after sending them in by mail or parcel service. A personal delivery of your model to the head office in our company headquarters in Remshalden is not possible.

A claim under warranty can only be made to the seller of the product (dealer). In this case, please do not send your model directly to us.

We carry out all repairs in-house. With love, know-how and speed. So that you get your good piece back as quickly as possible.


BRAWA has a vast stock of replacement parts. You can order many parts, however tiny it is. This further underlines the value of our models. Each product pack contains a detailed replacement parts list that you can use to order spare parts from us. We also effect delivery immediately.
